•     The customer can check the product upon receipt from the representative, and in case of any problem or dissatisfaction, he can refuse to receive immediately.

•     No refund or replacement is accepted after the delegate leaves, whatever the reason.

•     In case of electronic payment (Visa / Insta Pay / Vodafone Cash) and the request is not received, the amount is returned by bank transfer or e-wallet within 5 to 7 working days.

•     The customer bears the shipping costs in case of return during the presence of the representative.
